Swan Lake by the Sea

It was an incredible day and at Rainbow Beach, joining an amazing team of vendors for this Swan Lake inspired shoot. Filled with soft colours and flowing fabric, the empty beach saw Emma dance and twirl across the sand. Ashton Jean Pierre was masterful in capturing the beautiful elements in his effortless and timeless style of film photography. Styled by the Augusta  Collective, the incredibly beautiful talents of the vendors involved resulted in a shoot that was soft and entrancing and utterly breathtaking.

Working from Ashton’s beautiful mood board of gentle pinks and blues, crashing waves and feather light fabrics and his request for floral details in pastel pink and highlights of gold I designed this soft watercolour suite. Using the watercolour wreath elements in all the pieces to tie them together, this suite was a bouquet of hand painted pale pink roses and pastel blue leaves. Using the watercolour inks for the lettering with pop of muted Luna Gold, the pieces shimmered and danced in the sunlight.

Emma twirled across the sand and frolicked on the black rocks – crowned by a golden feather piece amongst her windswept curls, her dewy makeup perfection with her flowing gown and wild bouquets of native plants.
